As it stands right now it only gives health on non-lethal hits. If the target dies you get nothing from it, which makes it useless against normal ridden. so it's only really good against specials and bosses

Since any temp hp blocks any trauma (probably not traumatic specials), you don't need much for it to be worth it.Buckshot Bruiser is currently bugged. It will give you 1 temp hp every 4 pellets hit, and you will lose hp if less than 4 pellets hit the target.
